Employers may contact the Student at any time based on the information located on the submitted resume. It is recommended to utilize email as the preferred method contact, however the Student may elect to include his or her telephone number, address, or other means of contact. New information is published twice a year, however contact may be made long after the resume was originally submitted.

Student Resume Books will collect information to create databases to serve marketing and promotional needs. We may contact you to in order to gain feedback in ways which might improve the services that we provide. In addition to the release of your contact information to potential Employers and Students as described above, we may use your e-mail address, your mailing address, and phone number to contact you regarding administrative notices, new product offerings and communications relevant to your use of the site.
